Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your ONEONE pieces, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original hygienic liners and tags still in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your swimwear in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; be sure to obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
